Absolutely no surprise here. More and more individuals are working from home, and feel the need to have a private office space to take zoom calls and have a little quiet time to focus.

When public spaces limit capacity, buyers want to be able to get out of the house without worrying about health concerns. Staying at home is much more manageable and appealing when you have a spacious back yard.
Family Space
Overall, buyers are looking for more room. That means family space is essential. A space to socialize and bond as a family is what makes a house a home.

Don’t have room for a yard? Secure front porch space is also at the top of the list for buyers. The next best way to be able to be outside, see your neighbors from a safe distance, and not feel as though you’re stuck at home.
